Terms of Service

Welcome to cookimg. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the cookimg mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Lifetime Deal (LTD) Terms

If you purchased a "Lifetime Deal" or "Lifetime Access" plan, the following terms apply:

  • Definition: "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the cookimg product. Access is granted for as long as the Service is commercially available and maintained by cookimg Inc..
  • Non-Transferable: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Lifetime accounts are for personal use and may not be resold, shared, or transferred to third parties.
  • Future Features: Lifetime access includes all features currently part of the purchased tier. cookimg Inc. reserves the right to release new "Add-ons" or specific premium services that may require additional fees.

3. Termination and Discontinuation

3.1 Termination for Cause

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms (e.g., illegal activity, abuse of the AI generation, or violation of our Acceptable Use Policy).

3.2 Termination of Lifetime Deals

In the event of a Lifetime Deal, your access will terminate upon:

  • Product Sunset: If cookimg Inc. decides to discontinue the cookimg Service or the specific product version associated with your LTD.
  • Company Dissolution: In the event of bankruptcy, liquidation, or cessation of business operations.
  • Material Breach: Any violation of these Terms that results in account termination.

3.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. No refunds will be issued for Lifetime Deals after the initial 30-day refund period, regardless of the reason for termination or product sunset.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, cookimg Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
